The Prentice School - Admissions Inquiry

Creating success for students who LEARN differently.

The Prentice School offers a rolling admissions process which means your student can start anytime.

Our program is built for students with language-based learning differences, like dyslexia, and related attentional issues.  Our program eclipses traditional education because it offers direct Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory instruction in addition to a full curriculum, social learning, and executive function skills, all in a 12-1 classroom environment.

The Prentice School is located on a 6.6 acre campus including 20 classrooms, separate science & enrichment building, auditorium, fields and playgrounds.  We are fully accredited (WASC) and designated as a Non Public School by the State of California.

Please note that, due to the nature of our program, we can not offer admission to students with primary behavioral or social-emotional issues, autism, or students who require 1-1 learning assistance.
